Club Lounge Supervisor

About the role:

Virgin Australia Lounges are an inspirational, domestic lounge experience, showcasing market leading innovation, quality, and personalised service, delivering a haven for business, space to escape, and room to imagine.

An integral role has become available for a Club Lounge Supervisor within our Virgin Australia Lounge at our brand new Perth Airport terminal.

You will have the privilege to oversee the day to day operations of the Club Lounge, providing premium customer service and positive interactions with our high valued Guests. You will engage the very best of your personality and enthusiasm and create memorable, positive and fun experiences for all. The position will call on your strong leadership and service skills and your ability to thrive in fast paced environments. you will ensure that service standards, team performance, resourcing and stock control are maintained whilst ensuring the team deliver the highest level of service.

* Proven experience in leading, coaching, developing and motivating a team

* Premium customer service experience and a true passion for exceeding guest expectations

* Proven abilities to handle and anticipate the needs of our premium guests.

* Strong stakeholder management skills to promote and carry out the effective implementation of new products and initiatives in the Lounge

* Solid understanding of financial management
