Job Summary:

Design of Avionics and Electrical Systems equipment installation on Single Engine and Citation aircraft.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare engineering drawings for avionics and electrical system equipment using computer based drafting tools (CATIA and/or IAI HarnesSys)

· Design installation of cockpit displays and controls, remote line replacement units, antennas, sensors, wire bundles and secondary support structure.

· Perform analyses requiring frequent application of engineering principles

· Requires coordination with other engineering disciplines, marketing, production support, and flight test to coordinate design function and resolve problems.

· May prepare certification documentation including certification plans, ground and flight test plans and certification reports showing avionics and electrical systems compliance with 14 CFR Part 23/25.
