You will be part of our growing Data Science team which has developed a strong results oriented reputation across our business. We are looking for a high performer to complement our hardworking, energetic and enthusiastic team. What you will do: You will be hands-on, building data science solutions, developing products from concept to production. You will be focused on the customer, airport and airline operations part of our business. Our top priority is finding people with curious minds who thrive on solving big challenges. Just one example of what the team has been working on involves building machine learning based products to improve revenue management optimisation. If tackling large scale problems similar to the above has got your brain ticking with ideas and more questions than keep reading. We are looking for people that will bring: * A highly motivated, self-starter, proactive attitude that thrives working in a collaborative team environment. * Experience with various statistical and machine learning models, data mining and data analytics on structured and unstructured data. * Strong technical knowledge working with a modern data platform technology stack including: Hadoop, Spark, Hive HDFS, Scala, Kafka, Flink as well as proficiency in R or Python . * Experience in large scale batch and streaming technologies such as Spark, Flink, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka. * Confidence and experience supporting large scale data science projects. * To be considered for more senior positions we are looking for people with a strong desire to mentor and build our technical capability as well as curious experience leading large scale data science projects.
