As an Electronics Engineer you will be in a project lead role including Cost Account Management (CAM). You will direct a team supporting Inertial Measurement Units (IMU) production and data processing. You will perform CAM duties, track action items to completion and define priorities for the program. Duties will also include supporting contracts by writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs), evaluating proposals and negotiating with the customer and subcontractor. You will track subcontractor performance to ensure on time and on budget deliveries and communicate when any of those are in doubt. You will require occasional travel to subcontractors.

Typically has 5 - 9 years of experience

Basic Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree from an accredited college in engineering or related field with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
2.Ability to attain a DoD Secret Clearance
3.Proven team lead experience
4.Demonstrated ability to develop presentation packages consolidating inputs from multiple engineers
5.Proven ability to communicate with and present to sub-contractors, co-contractors and government customers.
6.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and determine root cause to technical issues
Desired Skills:
1. Familiarity with Guidance, Navigation, and Control systems
2. Familiarity with Inertial Measurement Units (IMU)
3. Experience working with Military Customers
4. Cost Account Management training and experience
