Position Description:
Provide Direction, Instructions and guidance to a group of Individuals. Task done by using all of the resources available to them. Support compliance for Components, systems, and modifications for military and commercial aircraft. Coordinate the Review of engineering drawings, and compliance reports for required contracts. Coordinate with engineering, production, fabrication and aircraft installations process to address and resolve issues that may arise as a task lead in the ODA Airworthiness organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Must be able to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
*
Must have good technical writing skills.
*
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
*
Ability to use MS Office products.
*
Good presentation skills.
*
Interface through the ODA Administrator to provide guidance to programs certification for FAA projects
*
Coordinate FAA approvals of for STC and MRA projects
*
Coordinate review FAA Compliance test Plans/Reports to be used for FAA certification of new and existing STC modifications
*
Complies with internal company policies and procedures outlined within the ODA
*
Procedures Manual and Repair Station Manual
*
Communicates effectively and accurately with customers and functional support groups
*
Consistently exhibits the highest level of professionalism, ethics and commitment to excellence
*
Proven success managing multiple projects and tasks as well as resolving complex issues in a timely cost efficient manner.
Desired skills:
*
Familiarity with FAA regulatory requirements.
*
Aerospace/aircraft industry experience
*
Familiarity with applicable Aerospace and Industry standards and specifications.
*
Familiarity with SAP software (L-3 MRP system).
*
Reading and interpreting Engineering drawings
*
FAA certification procedures/processes
*
FAA Part 23 and Part 25 requirements
Position requires an active DOD Top Secret Security Clearance, and the ability to maintain the stated clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
