Description:

The Field Support Engineer is a part of the MCC team.
- Responsible for Troubleshooting for the daily operational issues. The FSE Performs troubleshooting and monitors repetitive defects.
- The FSE reviews a repetitive defect, he will raise the required Non Routine to ensure that the defect is addressed appropriately.
- Monitors and controls time limited defects. Performs and requests history checks of components in order to isolate a defect unit and to define the correct course of troubleshooting.

Position Qualification Requirements include:

Highest educational degree awarded:

High School Diploma/Certificate (twelve grades)

Work Experience in Similar Position:

16+ years

Required Skills:

-Holding ICAO type 2 /ANO 66 License in B1 category without limitations.
-Minimum 05 years certifying experience on A320 Family

Physical Requirements:

Age (Max): 45
