Job Role:

Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking experienced engineers to join our globally known client at their Scottish facility close to Perth as a aircraft fuel and prop component engineer.

You will be joining the team to assist with the inspection, build, balance and testing of aircraft fuel and propeller components to continue the excellent service already offered by the client.

To be eligible for this position, you must have some background within engineering, ideally in a similar role working with aircraft components in the fields of test and repair.  A good understanding of technical/engineering drawings will be required and knowledge of repair and overhaul processes would be helpful.
You do not need any previous experience with engines, fuel or propellers for the permanent roles but any previous exposure would certainly be desirable, for contract roles you must be able to demonstrate prior experience in this area.

In return for the above, you will receive a salary of up to £28,000 per year, 25 days annual leave and an industry leading pension package as well as in house and external training  as required.
On the contract side we offer an excellent rate and 50 hours of work per week for at least 3 months and probably much longer.

Please note that these roles are based in Perth, Scotland, so if you are not within a commutable distance, please ensure you would be happy to relocate before applying!
