Leasing Manager Airside Concessions 4010

The successful candidate will play a key role in curating Changi Airport’s retail, F&B and service offerings. You will be part of the team that makes Changi Airport a leading duty-free shopping destination acclaimed for innovation and excellent shopping experience.



As a member of the Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team, you will be responsible to develop leasing strategy and execute plans to achieve desired retail positioning. The successful candidate will be responsible in the overall lease management from scanning global retail trends, prospecting, marketing and negotiating on available spaces, reviewing tenancy contracts to building excellent landlord-tenant relation. You will also have the opportunity to shape the transit retail landscape as we continuously develop and implement terminal enhancement projects in pursuit of exceptional shopping experience.



Requirements


Good Degree from reputable universities, preferably in Marketing or Business/ Administration/ Management related disciplines.
At least 6 years of experience in retail management, retail operations and business development. Strong negotiation skills are essential.
Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive.
