Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a thorough understanding of CAD, legal and industrial rules and ensure the Company maintains ongoing compliance.

* Form optimised cockpit and cabin crew patterns in accordance with legal, industrial, Company and training requirements.

* Prepare basic crew patterns and monthly pattern plotting charts.

* Monitor operating plan changes. Make relevant pattern adjustment before official crew roster publication.

* Maintain close liaison with Planning, Long Term Manpower Planning, Rostering, Crew Operations, ISD, AHK and other related departments to facilitate smooth pattern production process.

* Generate hotel requirement reports to all outport offices upon roster publication.

* Assist in annual budgeting exercise.

* Support ad hoc pattern studies and exercises.

* Supporting all activities involving pairing and distribution under the CMP (Crew Management Programme).

* Contribute to overall performance and continuous improvement process of the team.

Requirements:

* Tertiary educated.

* Good command of both spoken and written English.

* Knowledge of AFTLS will be advantageous.

* Strong analytical ability and a good team player.

* Good interpersonal and communication skills.

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an airline operational environment.
