Job Role:
Duties and Responsibilities
*
Deliver field based, class-based and hands-on instruction and coaching in Electrical to craft employees
*
Integrate safety awareness and hazard identification/mitigation in every training task
*
Work with site management to establish required competencies for the craft on this project
*
Assess employees against those competencies and target training to remedy gaps and provide upskilling.
*
Direct the setup of proper lab and performance practice space for their craft training, and ensure adequate tools, equipment, and consumables.
*
Maintain current, operational, safe, and industry-relevant equipment, supplies, and consumables and keep classroom and lab “audit ready.”
*
50 hour work week
