Job Role:

We are hiring technical inspectors across the entire aircraft domains for our clients Production Organisation

Tasks:

·Conduct inspections and functional/operational checks on bench and as installed during aircraft assembling for the respective domains:

o Avionic suite, electronic components of various systems, bonding and electrical power distribution and generation,

o Engine, propeller, fuel system, Fire-Ex, ECS, Flight Control System, Hydraulic and Landing Gear.

·Support in the creation and checking of Inspections Plans for the systems as designed by Engineering and provided by suppliers and for the conduction of First Article Inspection.

·Record inspection results including conformance evidence and non-conformance/deviations.

·Creation and management of Notices of Complaint in the ERP system for deviations happening during manufacturing process.

·Coordinate with Operations, Production Control and Manufacturing Engineering for the resolution of the notices of complaint and eventually resulting concessions.

·Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering for design changes resulting from manufacturability inputs.

·Drafting and Checking of Quality Procedures, Instructions and Plans.

·Acceptance after verification of Job Cards as executed in Production Operations.

·Contribute to the elaboration and evolution of the Check Matrix for the Work Plans.

·Verify the conformance of parts/assemblies before signing EASA Form 1.

·Conducting documenting and archiving tasks (record keeping).

·Support in the final assembly line for the aircraft if needed.

·Support in the aircraft final inspection.

·Training and supervision of new staff on procedures and tasks related to assembly, completion, testing, ground handling and flight-line activities.

 

Requirements:

·Minimum 3 years work experience in the respective area within a Production Organisation under EASA rules (Part 21G, alternatively Part 21F).

·Alternatively long time experience (5+ years) in MRO (Part-M or Part 145) can be considered when coupled with high capability of problem solving and exposure to first time design implementation (STC or minor changes).

·Technical college, or apprenticeship in a professional field for the respective area of responsibility.

·Structured, independent and solution oriented way of working.

·International mind-set acquired on the job, team player with good communication skills, analytical and process-oriented.

·Previously licensed Part 66 Certifying Staff for same domains on similar aircraft types is a plus.

·Good knowledge of all MS-office software.

·Experience with SAP ERP System & Siemens Teamcenter PLM Software is a plus.

·Previous experience with composite aircraft and Honeywell integrated avionics suites is a big plus.
