Join us as a Reliability Engineer and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Newark, New Jersey.
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, facilities, controls, safety and security systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with Engineering Manager to ensure the maintainability and reliability of existing, new, and modified equipment;
- Identify potential engineering projects based on reliability data;
- Lead multidisciplinary team projects, assisting the departments with procedures and corrective maintenance priorities;
- Identify critical data points for collection and develop standard processes for data collection;
- Provide daily recommendations for corrective maintenance and inspection priorities;
- Develop predictive modeling tools to support business decisions.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business field;
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in maintenance, with at least one (1) year in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) environment;
- Experience in data analysis and process improvement;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
