Job Description
In this role you will develop and execute test automation using test tools to identify software problems and their causes in an Agile Scrum Sprint development environment. Responsible for creation of automation scripts, test plans, and test reports. Responsible for ensuring test conclusions and recommendations are fully supported by automated test results and the project manager is fully informed of testing status and deviations from the documented user requirements.
You will bring:
* 4 years of experience as a software developer
* 4 years of experience testing applications software
* Hands-on experience with Test Tools (e.g. ALM, UFT, Loadrunner, Winrunner)
* Ability to translate customer and systems requirements into automated test cases
* Proven ability to write / develop manual and automated test cases
* Proven ability to write / develop test plans and test reports using automation tools
* Excellent written / verbal communications skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Aptitude to learn and understand new software and systems
* Knowledge of technologies such as Windows, Linux, Java, Shell Scripting
You will have one of the following:
* 12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
* 10 Years of job related experience and Associate degree
* 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
* 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
* 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
It would be nice if you had:
* Experience with Project Management Control Gates
* Experience with Security Documentation
* Experience in an Agile / Scrum development environment
* Experience migrating from a manual to an automated testing environment
* Knowledge of PKI and LDAP
