Join us as a Train System Engineer and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St Bruno, Quebec.

As a Train System Engineer, you will be accountable for a technical functional architecture scope within the product Family and undertake delegated responsibilities from the lead Functional Architect of the Product and call-offs of the product family.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Define the concept of the vehicle through a functional analysis and technical analysis with right performance requirements;
- Elaborate derived requirements to stakeholders in charge to provide solutions behavior with the required performances;
- Define, update and maintain an Architecture of Control and Command for the scope;
- Elaborate the test specifications to validate the train functional features;
- Emulate and maximize use of the Virtual Bird to verify the product definition (VCD) and product verification (FVTS).

Qualifications

Key requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering;
- Five (5) years of experience in engineering in a technical domain;
- Good understanding of engineering processes and tools;
- Experience on electrical, software design areas;
- Working experience in an international environment;
- Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
